WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
DSPs will provide direct support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Great job for certified nursing assistants and college students- field of study relates to Healthcare Service. Must have experience working in the healthcare services field and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Written communication and computer skills, a valid Virginia Driver’s license, a licensed U.S. driver with a good driving record during the past three years of continuous driving experience, the ability to attend and pass onsite training classes within the first 30 days of hire. Eligibility determined by Criminal and Background investigations conducted for all employees. Minimum high school diploma or GED.
LEAD STAFF - RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Lead Group Home Staff position supports individuals living in group homes throughout Northern VA. The position involves supervision of staff and direct interventions with individuals and case management. Applicants for Lead Staff must have a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in the community with persons with disabilities REQUIRED.

PROGRAM MANAGERS - RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Group Home Program Manager position supports individuals living in group homes throughout Northern VA. The position involves supervision of staff and direct interventions with individuals and case management. Applicants for Program Manager must have a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a Bachelor’s in a Human Services field, including Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Therapeutic Services, Nursing, or other related field. Experience working in the community with persons with disabilities REQUIRED. Salaried position – commensurate upon education and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field with a minimum of two years’ experience working with individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities; competency in the area of skills training; ability to assess residents’ needs; ability to organize large household’ ability to meet licensure requirements; ability to supervise other staff or at least 3 years’ experience in the field of ID/DD providing direction, development and implementation, direct supervision and monitoring (observation and evaluation of staff implementing care, service plans & interacting with clients) to the service provided. This position has responsibility for approving assessments and individual service plans or treatment plans to ensure that appropriate services are provided to meet the needs of the individuals serviced. Must have documented experience developing, conducting, and approving assessments and individual service plans or treatment plans.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES - PART TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Amazing Lyf Support Services seeks talented, experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our rapidly growing organization.
Candidates must have experience with intellectual and developmentally disabled individuals, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, a license to practice, at least 2-5 years’ experience, and must be flexible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, a valid Virginia Driver’s license with a good driving record, the ability to attend and pass onsite training within the first 30 days of hire.
