COMMUNITY BASED ADULT GROUP HOMES
Amazing Lyf offers exceptional residential services to adults with Developmental Disabilities within Virginia, our homes are located in safe, friendly and beautiful community neighborhoods where our trained dedicated, and compassionate staff support individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attain independent living skills and provide them with opportunities for personal growth.
Individuals are supported to explore their community. All of our homes have full access to all community amenities, including but not limited to, malls, shopping centers, public transport, restaurants, pools, hiking trails, community parks etc.
At Amazing Lyf, we also recognize the important relationship between our employees and the persons we serve, we are committed to ensuring staff are well trained and feel supported within their job role, so that the services provided to the Individuals is of the highest quality.
BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES
We provide comprehensive individual-focused, person-centered behavior support within our programs to enable individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities to live their lives to the fullest regardless of their behavioral challenges.
Our trained and experienced professionals work with our affiliate specialists to ensure that behavior support plans are personalized to fit the unique needs of each individual and effectively implemented to support the individual to work through challenging times to achieve behavior stability.
IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES
We provide skill-building and support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and or developmental disabilities living independently or with their families. We support individuals to meet their personal care, dietary, behavioral, and daily living needs.
This is a person-centered service tailored to support the individual to build independence and to promote community involvement.
This service does not provide 24-hour supervision or care and Individuals do not need to be 18 years or older in order to be eligible for this service.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
We provide safe and reliable non-medical transportation to our supported individuals to and from community activities which include doctor’s office visits, restaurants, and many preferred places of interest in the community in an attempt to foster community connection.
